Next up in our employee spotlight series is LaChelle Greager, our Relationship Development Executive. In her role, she brings in new clients and continues to maintain the business relationships. Before coming to with us at Bear Staffing, LaChelle owned several businesses with her family in Colorado. She grew up in the restaurant industry and owned her own restaurant in 1997. In six short years, LaChelle owned and ran two restaurants and two night clubs. Even though she really enjoyed being an owner, she wanted to be able to be more of a stay at home mom, at least part time. In 2002, her and her family relocated to San Diego, CA. LaChelle became a high school football coach and ran a few small businesses from her home.
After leaving California, LaChelle relocated to New Jersey. LaChelle is just crazy about New York City and fell in love with the Big Apple as soon as she stepped off the train. It was love at first sight. Coming from the West Coast, LaChelle feels that each coast has its own “personality.” She is truly enjoying getting to know her new coast.
What LaChelle loves most about her job is the satisfaction she drives from it. She builds relationships with clients and successfully helps to find them the talent they are looking for. In her role with Bear Staffing, LaChelle gets to work directly with the owners where she is able to gain their insight, wisdom and use their guidance to grow as a salesperson. She gains valuable skills everyday and she can't wait to see where her future with Bear Staffing Services will go.
In her free time, LaChelle just loves to spend time with her three children and three step children, to travel and play softball. LaChelle took over 16 years of dance classes and to this day breaks out into sporadic dance moves. One of her dreams is to own a Harley Davidson motorcycle and ride cross country. To some work is just a job but not to LaChelle. Work is a very serious passion for her. It is more than just a job to waste time or pay bills, it is in her personal agenda to be the best that she can. LaChelle's father and grandmother both passed away of Pancreatic Cancer and whenever she can contribute, donate or help bring awareness to the cause, she does.
