For the third year in a row, my lovely daughter Candice and wife (our President) Sherri Johnson, will walk for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) at the annual PNC Bank Thanksgiving Run/Walk in Wilmington, Delaware. Registration will kick off at 8:00 am on November 28 at 222 Delaware Ave. The Delaware Running Company 10K run will start at 9:00 am followed by the Kiddie Fun Run at 10:00am, Highmark Delaware 5K Run at 10:30 am, and the PNC Bank 5K Non-Competitive Walk at 10:35 am.

This the 35th year this run/walk is occurring. For many, including my family, it has become an important part of the holiday tradition. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society exists to find a cure for MS and help people who have MS live more fulfilling lives. Proceeds from the event will go toward the society. MS is a chronic and progressive disease that attacks the central nervous system and may cause severe paralysis or loss of vision. Learn more about MS.
