FITFUL

This month's Word of the Month is fitful. Merriam Webster defines fitful as not regular or steady. At Bear Staffing, we fill positions that are both fitful and the opposite of fitful, constant. Some of our job seekers prefer fitful work and some of the hiring managers we work with have a need for temporary staffing, so fitful work could be a win-win for multiple parties.
