Bear ranked #3311 among U.S. companies and #85 among companies in the Philadelphia Metro area. On behalf of Bear Staffing — your leading independently operated and woman owned staffing firm — we're very honored to have been recognized. Over the past several years, we've worked hard to grow our firm and connect our clients with qualified job applicants.

Not to toot our own horn, but, from 2009 to 2012, we nearly doubled our revenue and drastically expanded our payroll (with some fine, hardworking employees). In 2009 we had 150 employees and now have 280. It's been a great ride that I predict will continue to be great.

To qualify to be on this Inc. list, we had to be founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2009. We were founded in 2005 in Woodbury, New Jersey. Since, we've opened doors in Delaware, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
