At the end of June, several Bear Staffing employees had the opportunity to attend the 2014 WBENC National Conference and Business Fair. This year, to show our strong support for the WBENC, we became a proud Emerald Sponsor of the event.
The three day long event was held at the Philadelphia Convention Center and Philadelphia Marriott (both just a short drive from our Woodbury, New Jersey Staffing Office).
The Bear Staffing booth made a great impression and we met many great people at the event. “You can see we went with a Red, White & Blue theme for our booth this year. It was not only to celebrate the upcoming July 4th holiday, but to show that we are strong believers in the “roll-up your sleeves, blue collar” mentality that has defined America and that has became one of the aspects of our business model,” said Sherri Johnson, President and CEO of Bear Staffing.
We'd also like to congratulate the winner of our “Big Blue Bear”, Mary Kariotis from Merrimak Equitment Leasing. We know it made her daughter very happy!
