Time really flies when you're having fun … or so they say. If that is the case it must be a party everyday at Bear because 2013 just flew by.

You may recall that we made the Inc. 5000 list. We made the list for being one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. We were proud and honored that the trust that, you, our client placed in us, allowed us to receive this achievement. With almost 30 percent growth over 2012, I am confident we will be on that list for 2014 as well.

As a small company, it is a thrill and privilege to work with all of our clients, but especially exciting to when we work with household names. Bear continues to provide a very large number of production and professional staff to a Made in the USA Motorcycle Brand and added clients like Caterpillar, Honeywell, and Yamaha to our list as well in 2013.

As a company that is ever expanding, we grew our internal staff by 40 percent, adding several key positions in Missouri, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. We've expanded our service areas to all of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Missouri, and Kansas. When it comes to verticals, we have added to our successful body of work by increasing our presence in the following fields: IT, Engineering, and Admin.

In 2013, Bear Staffing was granted a Facility Clearance by the United States Department of Defense, allowing us to employ associates with security clearance to work on government contracts. We are anxious to expand our reach and provide the same great service to various branches of government that we have been providing to the private sector for the last nine years. We have proven our worth as a sub-contractor to the Prime Vendors, especially where a certified Woman Owned Small Business is required.
